Ronda is an accomplished Senior Sales Director with over a decade in the industry.  She is a seven-time Career Car earner and is currently leading her two-time pink Cadillac sales team.  She not only teaches clients about healthy skin care & glamour techniques, but Ronda also provides education for more than 250 Independent Beauty Consultants throughout the nation.  Through her passion and enthusiasm she focuses on encouraging personal growth in others and is inspired by seeing others create a life they love.
After leaving her career as a CPA in 2002, her professional life has been devoted full-time to her Mary Kay career. Ronda prides herself on providing excellent customer service and stocks a full line of skin care, gifts and cosmetics in her office, allowing clients to enjoy their products immediately. Ronda has led her Sales Unit to the #1 spot in her National Area three times and has been honored as the Best All Around Director in her Area each year since 2008. These accomplishments are truly the result of her team of goal-oriented consultants.
Ronda is a wife and mom of three active children.  She loves the outdoors and spends free time landscaping, hunting and playing sports. Even a broken nose cannot keep Ronda off the ski slopes with her family.
